Zomato’s “Fuel Your Hustle” is a great strategic move to present Zomato as a purpose-driven brand rather than just a food app. This campaign shows that Zomato celebrates everyday hustle and aims to connect emotionally with the viewers.
This ad is Zomato’s biggest success yet by bringing together Shah Rukh Khan, AR Rahman, Jasprit Bumrah and Mary Kom for an advertisement..

This campaign launched simultaneously across all major platforms, from digital to OTT, ensuring its reach to every corner. It received a lot of praise from viewers as this ad is quite different from Zomato’s usual advertisements, this one is more cinematic with an emotional twist. Audiences called the ad film powerful and praised its fresh and inspiring message. The post received over 20,000 views on X within half an hour of being posted online.
As you know, whenever something new is done, it often gets both praise and criticism. The same has happened with Zomato’s new ad. While most viewers have appreciated the campaign, some have also strongly criticized it, saying- “it’s just an ad, nothing more than that.” Another comment said that the campaign doesn’t seem to have any concrete connection to Zomato’s core service, i.e. food delivery.
Another individual suggested- “With due respect casting these bigger stars won’t do any justice to the business of Zomato, rather go for someone who can promote healthy eating and making people aware about healthy and clean eating. Maybe this will work a lot better for the brand of Zomato,”
